Shipping policy

- We do NOT cover lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to provide a well detailed address (house number, street/road name/ a landmark) for a seamless shipping experience.

- If there is a package that's unable to deliver due to incorrect address, we will contact you if shipped back to us. The additional cost of delivery will be at the customer's expense. These orders will NOT be allowed to be canceled.

- You will receive an email with your tracking number and your order information once your order has been shipped. Allow 24 hours of receiving your email to allow your tracking number to be updated.

-International orders will have a custom fee that customer is responsible for.

LOCAL ORDERS (WITHIN NIGERIA)

- Deliveries within the state of lagos would take 1-3 days to be delivered.

- Deliveries within the outskirts of lagos would take 2-4 days to be delivered.

- Deliveries outside of lagos (within the other 35 states of Nigeria) would take 2-5 days to be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (DUTIES AND TAXES NOT INCLUDED)

Standard shipping: It could take from 2 to 6 weeks or even more depending on your destination (prices vary). It also depends on the time the local customs takes to clear the package. If your local customs takes longer, your package will take longer to arrive.
